this french restaurant was founded in Lille in 1882 in Lille (A big city in the north of France). Its particularity is to serve meal primarly cooked with fresh seafood
and high-quality products
But as time went by, the restaurant started to be out of fashion, as it was not able to attract young people. So the restaurant staff decided to change their visual identity without losing their renown and history. They wanted a radical change, something totally different.
